agenticy is built on the principle of data sovereignty. We process minimal data, and only on infrastructure you control. This policy explains what limited data we handle.
When you visit agenticy.io, we collect: basic analytics (page views, referrer) via privacy-first tools; information you submit through our diagnostic form (name, email, company, transformation needs); cookie preferences. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site tracking.
For enterprise clients: your operational data used for agent training and inference stays on your dedicated NVIDIA DGX hardware. We never access, store, or process your proprietary data on our systems. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. Your data never touches OpenAI, Azure, Google Cloud, or any third-party AI API.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing. Contact privacy@agenticy.io to exercise these rights.
California residents may request: disclosure of categories collected; deletion of personal information; opt-out of sale (we don't sell data).
Website form submissions: 24 months. Client engagement records: duration of engagement + 7 years (legal requirement). Cookie preferences: 12 months.
Website data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Client data is YOUR responsibility — it stays on your DGX infrastructure and you control access.
